One stored event with its fleet-wide cursor (#219).

The cursor is the backend’s durable insertion order — the only total order that exists across streams — and is what a client resuming GET /api/fleet/stream hands back.

Fields

cursor: u64

Fleet-wide position of this event. Strictly increasing, stable once written, and meaningful only to the backend that issued it.

event: FleetEvent

The event itself.
