Monotonic sequence number assigned by the FleetManager.

ts: String

RFC-3339 timestamp.

repo: String

Owning repo name (“” for fleet-level events).

agent_id: String

Owning agent id (“” for repo-level events).

kind: EventKind

The event payload.
