Delete every blob in blobs outside the live mark set and at least DEFAULT_MIN_AGE old, and report what was freed, retained, and deferred.

Split from gc_blobs so a caller that already knows its live set — a single view’s manifests, say — can sweep without re-listing the store. The mark set is the dangerous half: pass one that misses a reference and this deletes content that no longer exists anywhere else.
