Files seen during a walk but not parsed, because their extension names no language gonzalo knows.

Deliberately distinct from IgnoredCounts (excluded on purpose) and from the summary’s skipped (a parse failure). Without it, indexing a tree gonzalo cannot read reported every count at zero and said nothing — so an empty view was indistinguishable from an empty repository (#259).

Record a file gonzalo has no grammar for. extension is None for an extensionless file, which is counted but names nothing.

The extensions responsible, most common first and alphabetical within a tie, so a report can name them rather than print a bare number.
