The optional knobs of an indexing run (#331).

Collapsed into one struct so a new knob is a field rather than an argument respelled at every fan-out layer and call site.

Fields

gc_after: bool

Sweep unreferenced blobs after a successful index.

min_age: Duration

Blobs younger than this are never swept (ADR 0028).

filter: IndexFilter

Which repo-relative paths are eligible for indexing (#209).

worker: Option<PathBuf>

Pin the parse worker rather than resolving one.

Written out rather than derived: a derived min_age would be Duration::ZERO, so a caller who sets gc_after and leaves the rest alone would reinstate the age-unaware sweep ADR 0028 removed. The default is the same floor gc uses.
